These terms cover your use of this website — browsing units, making a reservation, paying online, and the emails and text messages we exchange with you. By using the site you accept them.

The rental agreement comes first

Renting a unit from Lonestar Storage (operated by Loanstar Storage, LLC) is governed by the rental agreement you sign when you move in, together with the rates and policies posted at the site. Nothing on this page changes that agreement. Where this page and your signed agreement say different things, your signed agreement is what applies.

Reservations

A reservation asks us to hold a unit for you. It is not a rental and does not give you access. The rental begins when you have signed the rental agreement and paid the first amount due. If a unit you reserved becomes unavailable we will tell you and help you find another.

Prices and availability

The rates and availability shown on this site are the ones we hold at the moment the page is built, and they can change. We do our best to keep them accurate, but a price shown here is not an offer we are bound to — the amount you owe is the amount stated in your rental agreement and on your invoice.

Paying online

Card payments made through this site are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. If you set up automatic payments, they continue until you turn them off or your rental ends.

Text messages and email

We send text messages only to people who have asked for them. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this site

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to try to reach other people's account information. We may withdraw access to the site or to online payment from anyone who does.

Your account

If you have a tenant portal login, keep it to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will publish the new version on this page.
